Ingredients for 1 Strudel:
1 roll of puff pastry
3/4 apples
1 lemon squeezed
3 tablespoons raw cane sugar
A sprinkling of cinnamon
1 handful of raisins
3 nuts of Butter
3 tablespoons of grated bread
100g Chutney of chili Peperita
Preparation:
Cut into apple cubes and marinate them for about 30 minutes with lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of raw cane sugar and a sprinkling of cinnamon (if desired).
Put the raisins in a separate bowl with water for a few minutes.
In the meantime, in a pan, melt the butter and add the breadcrumbs with a pinch of sugar. Let the breadcrumbs brown and use it as a base on the pasta to prevent the dough from getting too wet with the apples.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Once the apples are marinated add the chopped raisins and the Chutney Peperita, mixing well.
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, roll out the pastry dough, place the breadcrumbs in the middle and along the entire length, leaving the edges free to close the strudel.
Place the apple and chutney filling on the puff pastry, close it well and make small cuts on the surface, bake for about 15 '‼ ️
