EROTICO
The scent of Erotico, a pepper of the Capsicum baccatum species, is characterized by its intense fruity/vegetal note with floral reminiscences reminiscent of orange blossom and bitter orange peel. It is excellent for enhancing the flavor of goat or sheep cheeses and pairs beautifully with preparations based on shellfish and crustaceans or on a fish carpaccio. It is also perfect paired with white meats, boiled beef, fish stew, vegetable stews, savory pies, and is delicious on strawberry sorbet.
DESCRIPTION: This pepper has earned the name Erotico thanks to its oblong shape, the opposite end of the stem forming an appendage reminiscent of a phallus. The ripe fruit has an intense golden yellow color with shades tending towards orange.
Its spiciness level does not exceed 3000 SHU.
