HABANERO FATALI
The Habanero Fatali has a notable spiciness characterized by a persistent aroma of fresh vegetables and a fruitiness that resembles the peel of citrus fruits (orange, lime, and lemon). It pairs very well with legume soups, roasted potatoes, aged cheeses, and red meats. When added to other spices, it is excellent for marinating meats to be cooked on the BBQ.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HABANERO FATALI CHILI
The Fatali is a variety of the Habanero family and belongs to the Capsicum annuum species. Originating from the Caribbean region, it was imported to Africa where it is now common in both central and southern parts of the continent. The Habanero Fatali is a bright yellow color, and when freshly picked, it is processed with great care to preserve all its nutritional properties and maintain the aromas of the fresh chili.
