In fact, it is widely demonstrated that the aromatic contribution given by the aroma and taste of the chilli allows a lower dosage of salt without sacrificing the pleasure of taste.
During the production process of this salt, special cold working techniques have been adopted to remove residual moisture, allowing to keep the fragrance of the ingredients more unaltered.
