Green Jalapeno pepper, lemon, garlic and parsley.


The Peperita Green Jalapeño, combined with the freshness of the Sicilian lemon, makes JALAP LEMON the ideal spice to flavour the real Mexican guacamole (avocado sauce). Nonetheless, it lends itself to adding flavour and spiciness to all tomato-based sauces, including cocktails. Mixed with spreadable cheeses, JALAP LEMON becomes the protagonist of canapés, sprinkled on spaghetti it enriches its taste and aromas. In all cases it helps to reduce the use of salt in our dishes.
