SUPER SPICY TARTINE TRIO WITH 101

Ingredients
For the Salmon Tartine:
  • Sliced bread (pancarré)
  • 101 Lemon Chili
  • Chopped chives
  • Smoked salmon
  • Ricotta cheese
For the Tomato Tartine:
  • Sliced bread (pancarré)
  • 101 Garlic Chili
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Stracchino cheese
For the Cheese Tartine:
  • Sliced bread (pancarré)
  • Classic 101 Chili
  • Mild cheese (like caciotta)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Start by preparing the bread: Trim the crusts off the slices of pancarré and cut each slice into four squares.

For the salmon tartine, mix the ricotta cheese in a bowl with 1-2 drops of 101 Lemon Chili and some chopped chives. Spread a teaspoon of this mixture onto a square of bread and top it with a slice of smoked salmon.

For the tomato tartine, dice the cherry tomatoes and combine them with stracchino cheese and a drop of 101 Garlic Chili. Spoon this tomato mixture onto each square of bread.

For the cheese tartine, emulsify the extra virgin olive oil with 2 drops of Classic 101 Chili. Place a piece of caciotta cheese on the bread and drizzle it with the spicy emulsion.

Serve these tartines for an original appetizer that’s sure to be… super spicy!
