The puff pastry Christmas tree is a very fun and creative appetizer, and with Peperita chillies it will have an even more special taste
Ingredients:
Rectangular puff pastry (2 sheets)
50 ml milk
60 g grated parmesan
60 g of fontina
100g of cooked ham
1 teaspoon No. 5 Jalapeño Pepper Powder
We unroll the puff pastry and with a knife we create the shape of a Christmas tree. Fill the base with cooked ham, cheese and grated Parmesan. A sprinkling of chili powder No. 5 Jalapeño pepper. Cover with the second puff pastry. Cut regular strips to create the branches of the tree, leaving the central part intact to form the trunk of the tree. Turn each branch twice, as if to form a pinwheel. Brush the surface with milk and bake at 180°C in a fan oven for 25-30 minutes. The tree is ready to be served!
