Ingredients For 1 person: • 3 slices of whole grain bread • 4 tablespoons of ricotta cheese • 1 teaspoon of Banana Pepper no. 2 • 2 chopped walnuts • 4 hazelnuts • 1 tablespoon of chestnut honey Instructions
Toast the slices of whole grain bread to your liking.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the Banana Pepper no. 2.
Spread the spicy ricotta on the toasted bread slices.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and roughly chopped hazelnuts.
Drizzle everything with a tablespoon of chestnut honey.
