A healthy and tasty breakfast, a way to start the day with a burst of energy.
Ingredients:
- 100g of milk
- 50g of water
- 40g of oat flakes
- 25g of dark chocolate
- 5g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sugar or honey to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Banana Pepper BIO Peperita Powder No. 2
- half teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
Take a saucepan and add the milk, water, and, if you like, half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Bring it to a boil and add the chocolate and cocoa, then cook for another 5 minutes, stirring carefully until the mixture has a creamy consistency. (Clever tip: if you prefer a thicker porridge, cook for a few more minutes to achieve a denser texture.)
The porridge is ready. Now, add sugar or honey to sweeten it and sprinkle it with a teaspoon of Banana Pepper Peperita Powder No. 2.
To make the porridge even more delicious, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
