OMELETTE WITH VEGGIES

Omelette is a versatile recipe that can be enjoyed in both savory and sweet versions. The basic preparation of the omelette is valid for both versions.

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 30ml of milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Jalapeño BIO Peperita Powder No. 5
  • Seasonal vegetables
  • Half teaspoon of 11 Herbs Peperita

Instructions:
Break the eggs and combine them with milk, add a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of 11 Herbs Peperita, and half a teaspoon of Jalapeño BIO Peperita Powder No. 5. Mix well with a whisk until you have a smooth mixture.

Heat a non-stick skillet and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil "Il Cavallino." Over low heat, pour in the mixture and cook it evenly on both sides.
Serve the omelette with seasonal vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, arugula, carrots, and much more.

To enrich the recipe, serve the omelette with fresh cheese.

In the sweet version, replace the seasonal vegetables with fruit or Peperita fig and chili jam, or for those with a sweet tooth, hazelnut and Habanero chocolate cream.
