Ingredients:
- 1 mango
- 3 basil leaves
- Lemon juice
- Half a tablespoon of Habanero Red Savina BIO Powder – No.7
- Tequila
- Soda
Peel and slice the mango, being careful to use only the softest mango pulp. Chop the mango pulp in a food processor with fresh basil, lemon juice, and honey until you get a creamy consistency. The resulting mixture is quite dense, but once strained through a fine sieve, you will get a smoother puree ready to be blended. Mix the mango puree with tequila, soda, and half a teaspoon of Habanero Red Savina BIO Powder – No.7! Enjoy!
