Ingredients:
- 1 liter of natural apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2–3 star anise
- 1 chili pepper or 1 tsp of Jalapeño BIO powder
- Orange zest (optional)
Instructions:
Pour the apple juice into a pot and add the cinnamon stick, star anise, and orange zest.
Heat gently until it reaches a boil, then reduce the heat.
Add the chili pepper powder.
Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, tasting to adjust the spiciness.
Strain and serve hot in mugs, garnished with a cinnamon stick or an orange slice.
