HERB FRITTATA WITH PEPERITA

Ingredients
For 4 servings:
  • 5 Eggs
  • 3 teaspoons Peperita 11 herbs
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 2 leaves of Marjoram
  • 50 g Emmental cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
Preparation
  1. In a pan, heat one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and add the crushed garlic clove.
  2. Add the aromatic herbs (Peperita 11 herbs and marjoram) and a pinch of salt. Sauté briefly.
  3. Remove the garlic and let the herb mixture cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the grated Emmental cheese, milk, herb mixture, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well-oiled 20 cm diameter baking dish.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
  7. Let the frittata rest for 10 minutes before serving. It is delicious warm or cold.
