Ingredients
  • 1 kg of octopus
  • 600 g of potatoes
  • Cayenne and Garlic Seasoning Peperita
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
  1. Clean the octopus and place it in a pot with plenty of cold water, add the wine and, if desired, some bay leaves. Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes from the start of boiling.
  2. Turn off the heat and let the octopus cool completely in its cooking water.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes with their skins on in boiling water until they are cooked and tender. Drain, peel, and cut them into pieces, then place them in a bowl.
  4. When the octopus has completely cooled, drain it from the water, cut it into pieces, and add it to the bowl with the potatoes.
  5. Season with plenty of Peperita seasoning, the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper, and freshly chopped parsley.
  6. Mix well so that the octopus and potatoes are thoroughly flavored.
