Our chili-loving customer, Edoardo Chiozzi, has created a true delight that we are excited to share with you: Pork Ribs "Mojito Hot".
Ingredients for 4 people:
1.5 kg Pork Ribs
Habanero Red n°7
Peperita Powder (quantity according to personal taste)
Salt to taste
3 glasses of Extra Dry Prosecco
8/10 Mojito Mint Leaves
5 grams of Pink Peppercorns
1 Lime
Preparation:
- Take an ovenproof dish and place the pork rib meat inside.
- Soak the pork ribs with prosecco and the juice of one lime.
- Add salt and Habanero Red powder, distributing them evenly over the ribs.
- Chop the Mojito mint leaves, making sure they are not too fine, and add them to the marinade along with the pink peppercorns.
- Let the ribs marinate in the mixture for 6/8 hours, turning them occasionally to ensure even marination. Cooking: For oven cooking, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and cook the ribs for about an hour and a half, or until they are tender and juicy. If you prefer grilling on the barbecue, cook the ribs for 35/40 minutes, turning them occasionally and ensuring they are evenly cooked on both sides.
