Calories: 111 Kcal

Preparation time: 20 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Difficulty: very easy

Cost: very low
Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 500 g of ground turkey breast
  • 100 g of well-drained spinach
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper No. 4 for a slightly spicy touch, or Habanero Chocolate No. 9 for the bold.
Preparation: Start by placing the ground turkey in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to season the base. Meanwhile, take the cooked and well-drained spinach, chop it finely along with the garlic and onion. This vegetable mix will make your burger even tastier and packed with nutrients. Add it to the turkey and mix everything well.

Now it's time to give the mixture some texture. Add the egg and a handful of breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. At this point, you can decide the level of spiciness: if you prefer a mild heat, opt for Cayenne Pepper; if you love bold spice, choose Habanero Chocolate. Mix again until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Divide the mixture into four portions and form balls, then gently flatten them to create your burgers. Don't worry if they're not perfect, the important thing is that they are uniformly shaped for even cooking.

Heat a grill or non-stick pan with just a bit of oil and cook the burgers until they are golden and crispy on the outside, yet soft and juicy on the inside. Just a few minutes per side will suffice.

Serve your spinach and turkey burgers with a fresh salad: lettuce sprouts, tomatoes, and other crunchy vegetables are the perfect side to balance the spicy and flavorful taste of this dish.
