  • 1 piadina
  • 80 g of cooked ham
  • 50 g of mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon of Erotic Peperita chili paste
  • Tomato to taste
Instructions
  1. To prepare this recipe, start by heating a pan.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the mozzarella or tear it into strips with your hands if you prefer.
  3. When the piadina is hot, flip it and start filling it.
  4. Spread one teaspoon of Erotic Peperita chili paste on the piadina.
  5. Add the mozzarella.
  6. Place the sliced tomato on top of the mozzarella.
  7. Cover everything with the cooked ham.
  8. Roll up the piadina, place it on a serving plate, and cut it in half.
