Gnocchi with Salmon and Pistachio:
Ingredients:
- 800g potato gnocchi
- 200g salmon
- 100g chopped pistachios
- 50ml cream
- Half an onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil "Il Cavallino"
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder, Peperoncino n° 6 Peperita allo Scotch Bonnet
Instructions:
Chop the onion and sauté it. Turn off the stove and add the cream, then mix the ingredients.
Cut the salmon into strips and add it to the pan with the sauce.
Cook the gnocchi until they float. Toss them in the salmon and cream sauce and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and 1 teaspoon of chili powder, Peperoncino n° 6 Peperita allo Scotch Bonnet, which will provide the right level of spiciness and aroma to the dish.
