This recipe is an excellent protein source and a different way to use legumes at the table.
Ingredients:
- 150g of pumpkin
- 80g of legumes
- 400ml of water Salt, pepper, “Il Cavallino” EVO oil for seasoning
- Half a teaspoon of Peperita No. 8 Fatali Habanero Chilli Powder
Cook the legumes in a separate pan. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and brown for a few minutes in a saucepan with a drizzle of oil, rosemary, pepper and salt.
Add a little water (about 400ml) and cook, blend the pumpkin and add half a teaspoon of Peperita No. 8 Habanero Fatali Chilli Powder to the cream. Add the legumes together with the pumpkin cream and mix.
