PUMPKIN CREAM BY LUISANNA MESSERI WITH HABANERO FATALI

Ingredients
  • Onion
  • White potatoes
  • Pumpkin
  • ½ liter of vegetable broth
  • Bread
  • “Il Cavallino” extra virgin olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Chili powder Habanero Fatali n. 8

Method
Sauté the onion, light and tasty, to which diced white potatoes and pumpkin are added. 1/2 liter of vegetable broth, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Immersion blender at full power until you have a silky and dense cream.
