Ingredients for 4 people
500 g of spaghetti
400 g of cherry tomatoes
30 g of anchovy fillets
1 clove of garlic
Half a teaspoon of Scotch Bonnet chili powder
Black olives to taste
Fine salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Instructions
Wash the cherry tomatoes well and cut them into quarters.
In a pan, pour some olive oil and add the garlic clove and anchovy fillets. Stir well until the anchovy fillets have "melted".
Add the finely chopped chili powder and sauté for a few moments.
Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and black olives. Cook over moderate heat for 10-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. When they are al dente, drain them directly into the pan with the sauce.
Sauté the spaghetti over high heat for a few moments, mixing well.
