To prepare super spicy spaghetti with garlic, oil, and Carolina Reaper chili, you'll need 400 grams of pasta, preferably spaghetti, some Grana or Parmesan cheese, and Peperita’s Garlic, Oil, and Chili Pasta Mix. Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil, then add the spaghetti. When the pasta is a couple of minutes away from being fully cooked, drain it. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, put a scant teaspoon of the pasta mix per person (in this case, four). Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a bit of the spaghetti cooking water to thin the sauce. Turn on the heat under the pan and add the spaghetti, tossing well to mix everything together. Finally, add Parmesan to taste, and your spicy spaghetti is ready to be enjoyed.
