SPICY SANDWICH WITH TUNA, GOAT CHEESE, AND OLIVE PÂTÉ

Ingredients for 4 servings:
  • 160 g tuna in olive oil
  • 4 bread rolls
  • 1 medium tomato (about 90 g)
  • 8 leaves of lettuce
  • 80 g goat cheese
  • Tuscan Olive Pâté Il Cavallino
  • Peperita Green Chili Sandwich Pâté
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the bread: Take the bread rolls and cut them in half. Spread the Tuscan olive pâté Il Cavallino on the bottom halves, and evenly distribute the goat cheese on the top halves.
  2. Prepare the ingredients: Drain the tuna from its oil and flake it. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly, pat them dry with a paper towel, and place them on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  3. Assemble the sandwich: Slice the tomato thinly and place the slices over the lettuce. Add the flaked tuna on top of the tomato slices and finish with a teaspoon of Peperita’s green chili pâté for a spicy kick.
  4. Top with the goat cheese-spread halves of the rolls and serve the spicy sandwiches immediately.
