Aioli sauce is a perfect condiment to accompany fish dishes, boiled vegetables, grilled meat and hard-boiled eggs.
Ingredients for four people (medium-spicy version):
3 eggs
300 ml of "Il Cavallino" extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Jalap-lemon
1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Salt to taste.
pepper as needed.
Ingredients for four people (very spicy version):
3 eggs
300 ml of "Il Cavallino" extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Jalap-lemon
1/2 teaspoon of 101/100 ORGANIC Garlic and Chili Pepper Sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed.
Preparation:
Make a hard boiled egg and then remove the yolk.
Separate the yolk from the white of the remaining fresh eggs, insert the yolks into a blender and blend with "Il Cavallino" extra virgin olive oil, which will be added little by little until a cream of a dense consistency is formed. At this point add half a teaspoon of Jalap-lemon (which will give a lemon flavour) and a teaspoon of Chili Garlic (for the medium spicy version) alternatively half a teaspoon of ORGANIC 101/100 Garlic and Chilli Sauce (for the very spicy) and mix everything together.
Add the crumbled hard-boiled egg yolk and blend for a few seconds.
Season with salt and pepper and serve in a small bowl or combine the sauce with special recipes.
