Ingredients
For 4 servings:
  • 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped Rosemary (or Peperita 11 herbs)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of finely chopped fresh Habanero (Peperita)
Preparation
  1. Put 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil in a blender.
  2. Add the juice of one lemon, one teaspoon of finely chopped rosemary, half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of finely chopped fresh habanero.
  3. Blend carefully until you get a smooth sauce.
  4. Serve the citronette with steamed vegetable slices, salads, fresh tuna, or freshly grilled chicken breast.
