- 1 medium-sized cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2-3 tablespoons of grated Grana Padano cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Chilisecret powder
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
To start, take a medium-sized cauliflower and separate it into florets. Rinse them well under cold water and let them drain. Steam the florets for a few minutes, just enough to make them tender while keeping some crunch.
Once steamed, arrange the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Now, prepare the breadcrumb mixture: in a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Chilisecret powder, salt, and pepper. Add the grated Grana Padano and mix well to ensure the flavors are evenly combined.
Using a spoon, evenly coat the cauliflower florets with the breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes. After that, switch to grill mode and cook for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
Once ready, remove from the oven and serve immediately. Your cauliflower with Chilisecret, featuring the delicious combination of turmeric and chili, is ready to be enjoyed!
