Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- Peperita aromatic herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of 11 herbs Peperita
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder, Peperita n° 2 Banana Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven. Clean the vegetables and cut them into cubes (halve the cherry tomatoes).
Pour the vegetables into a baking dish and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of 11 herbs, and 1 teaspoon of chili powder, Peperita n° 2 Banana Pepper.
Bake the vegetables for 30 minutes, stirring a couple of times during the cooking process.
