SPICY VEGETABLE CHIPS

Ingredients:
  • 1 potato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • Salt
  • Peperita 11 Herbs
Preparation: Oven-Baked Vegetable Chips Without Oil:
Peel the vegetables as desired and slice them thinly. Wash the slices with hot water and dry them well. Arrange them on a baking tray. Sprinkle with Peperita 11 Herbs for an extra aromatic touch. Bake the vegetable chips in the oven: place the vegetables on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 150°C for at least 40 minutes, checking occasionally to avoid burning.

Microwave Vegetable Chips:
For a quicker version, arrange the sliced vegetables on the microwave turntable, making sure they don’t overlap. Microwave on high power for about 5-6 minutes. Remember to pause halfway to turn the chips and then resume cooking.
