Cucumber, Yogurt, and Turmeric Smoothie: A Healthy and Flavorful Protein Snack
Ingredients:
150g low-fat yogurt
130g Greek yogurt
100g peeled cucumber
15g fresh ginger
1 lime
1 teaspoon Chili Secret
Salt
Instructions:
The preparation is simple; just blend together the low-fat yogurt, Greek yogurt, peeled cucumber, fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon of Chili Secret, a pinch of salt, and the juice and grated zest of the lime.
The resulting smoothie is an excellent protein-packed, healthy, flavorful, and slightly spicy snack.
It can also be served as a dip for crostini or as an accompaniment to other dishes.
