Detox Broccoli Soup with Chili
Ingredients: 1 broccoli
Olive oil "Il Cavallino"
Salt
1 onion
Garlic Leeks
Vegetable broth
Peperita Chilisecret (optional)
Cabbage tops
Pepper powder Scotch Bonnet BIO in Polvere - N.6
Extra virgin olive oil "Il Cavallino"
Instructions:
- In a pot, sauté some olive oil "Il Cavallino" with salt, onion, garlic, and leeks.
- Clean the broccoli and add it to the sauté in cubes, pouring in vegetable broth. Adjust the broth according to the desired consistency.
- If desired, add a pinch of Peperita Chilisecret to give a spicy flavor to the soup.
- Towards the end of cooking, add cabbage tops and simmer until everything is softened.
- Once cooked, blend the preparation. Add a bit of pepper Scotch Bonnet BIO in Polvere - N.6 and a little extra virgin olive oil "Il Cavallino" raw.
- The soup is now ready to be enjoyed. If you want to add crunchiness, cut and toast some bread cubes to add to the soup.
